Center for Photography in Ethiopia is a platform for emerging Ethiopian photographers. CPE has delivered programs, exhibitions, installations, and presentations in and outside of Ethiopia. Six artists with different lens-based practices gathered, using their practice to reflect on their relationship with Addis Ababa.

Oscillation explores the artists' personal and collective link to Addis Ababa. The colors reflect the city's past, present, and future; tension between deep blue and deep red creates a sense of oscillation.

The poster is an homage to Addis Ababa's emerging urban, historical, and philosophical poly-centric nature. As a book cover, it reveals Addis' evolution. The same design and writing voice introduced the artists on social media, forming a lean system of physical and digital ephemera.
