Photography in Ethiopia (PiE) is an opportunity for emerging photographers in Ethiopia to showcase their work.

Addis Foto Fest (AFF), produced by Desta For Africa PLC (DFA), is a platform for exhibiting collections from across the globe and the only international photography festival in East Africa, occurring every two years and increasing the visibility of—and interest in—photography for Ethiopians.

Beyond displaying photography from the country, PIE is a tool to promote the image of Ethiopia through a balanced perspective. This exhibition collection features a wide range of photography such as archives, landscape, portraits, nature, photojournalism, and fine art.
